With your business in view.
A standalone calculator, branded for your business and installed on one agreed website origin. Buyers start with your approved models, then build a clearer whole-project budget before opening your existing contact page.

A defined setup.
We configure your approved business name, brand color and up to five model records: dated prices or clearly marked unknowns, included scope, exclusions and your verified contact-page destination.

A useful customer journey.
Buyers select a model, account for seven project-cost categories and add a planning reserve. Unknown costs remain visible. They can download or print their plan; their inputs stay in the browser tab.

A maintained experience.
Monthly maintenance includes one consolidated in-scope catalog or configuration update. We preview changes with you before installation. Hosting is supplied through the agreed website; scope, delivery, billing and support are confirmed in writing.
Separate service / Consented introductions

That’s a separate agreement.
The prices below apply only to the separately agreed introduction service. They are not additional charges on the planner pilot. Introductions begin after identity review, a signed agreement and activation of your named placement.

$199 USD / monthUp to eight introductions. Delivery pauses at the cap. No automatic overage.
A considered introduction

The right permission.
- The customer asks to hear from your company by name.
- Each introduction includes their name, chosen contact method, state or region, budget range and consent record.
- Delivery within two business days of an eligible request once your placement is active.
- Repeat requests from the same person to your business within 90 days count once.
- Invalid contact details can be disputed within ten days of the invoice and credited.
- Opt-outs are screened before delivery and forwarded for you to honor.
Both plans run month to month. Either party can end at period end; delivered introductions remain billable. Unused monthly introductions do not roll over.
Transparent by design.
Paid builder placements are labeled beside the recommendation. A commercial relationship never changes the planner's calculations. Visitors make their own choice of builder and are encouraged to check qualifications and references.
