This page describes the All About Tiny Homes static site and its browser-local planner, from Ascendant Systems LLC. Read it with our privacy notice and terms.

Local planning

Plan names, cost lines, amounts, siting answers, authority references and every other planner input are processed in your browser. The planner does not submit them to a server, fetch prices, open the links you record, send inputs to AI, or create an account. Do not enter credentials or sensitive personal information.

Saving, exporting and deleting

Nothing is saved automatically. "Save on this device" writes one copy of your plan to this browser's local storage on this device; anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to read it. "Delete saved" removes that device copy. "Export JSON" and "Print plan" create local files through your browser; existing exported files are yours to manage and are not touched by the page. Exports include your entered costs, labels, source references and results — review a file before sharing it.

Limited activity counts

We count views of our tools and offer pages, starts and first useful results in the guided planner, successful device saves, preparation of exports and printable plans, and clicks on marked inquiry and purchase links. Each event contains only an event type, fixed site and page or offer identifiers, a format version and a new random event ID. It contains no planner inputs, amounts, results, names, file contents, recorded links, queries or referrers. These counters set no cookies, use no browser storage or fingerprinting, never follow you to other sites, and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Counts do not identify unique visitors or follow an individual journey. A save is not a finished project, an export event is not a confirmed download, and a click is not an inquiry or purchase.

Optional planning emails

The planning series is separate from the local planner. On our signup page you may submit your email, preferred home style and planning stage, with explicit consent. We send a confirmation request, then four planning emails over eight days after you confirm. Your planner costs, saved files and research notes are never attached. Resend delivers these emails for Ascendant Systems. Each message includes an unsubscribe link.

Unconfirmed addresses expire after 48 hours. Unsubscribing immediately removes your email address and cancels unsent messages. Completed-series addresses are removed 30 days after the last message; an unfinished series expires after 30 days. Non-suppressed delivery history is removed after twelve months. A minimal hashed suppression record is retained to prevent further mail after an unsubscribe. Operational consent and delivery records are kept separately from anonymous activity counts. Purchases and service inquiries

Decision Kit checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip and its payment providers under their own privacy notices. A purchase does not automatically enroll you in our planning series. Service inquiry links open your email application; you choose what to send. Begin with a short scope description and keep personal, financial and confidential quote files out of the first message. We confirm an appropriate intake route before accepting project documents.

Website requests

Your browser makes ordinary requests for pages and static files. Hosting infrastructure receives connection and request metadata such as your IP address, requested page, time and browser information. That is separate from planner inputs, which are not submitted.

Builder introductions

The planner does not send your details to builders. A paid builder pilot requires a separate agreement and verified contact route. Any future Ascendant-managed introduction request will show versioned consent text at the point of submission, deliver only what that text says to the named builder, honor a suppression list before every delivery, and keep a working unsubscribe path. Nothing about today's planner sends anyone your information.
